In the annual customer survey, results indicate that AgResearch has continued to strengthen its business relationships with customers.
Key results to note are:
- 76% of customers now rate service delivery as “very good” or “excellent”, which is a marked increase on the 52% achieved in the 2008 benchmark study.
- 68% of customers rate the relationship that exists between their organisation and AgResearch as “very good” or “excellent”, up from 45% in the benchmark research. Positive imagery now outweighs negatives in the ratio of 9:2.
