Food Technologist
My background of food processing engineer and my interest in data analysis and machine learning have driven me to a career pathway in the area of Near InfraRed Spectroscopy (NIR) and hyperspectral imaging analysis in the food industry. I have worked with a wide range of agri-food projects since I joined AgResearch early 2020. I have now extended my capabilities in life cycle assessment specialising in the area of modelling carbon footprint and water footprint.
