Chris Buddenhagen
Senior Scientist
I was born in Oregon and raised in Hawaii, Colorado and New Zealand. I went to Matamata College in the Waikato and worked in Tongariro, Wellington, Galapagos (Ecuador), Hawaii and Florida. I have a deep interest in human interactions with the natural world especially the plants.
Interests: Seed systems, biosecurity issues, herbicide resistance, rapid weed risk assessment, network epidemiology, global change, invasive species impacts and management, phylogenetics and evolution.
