Evelyne Maes

I am the Science Team Leader for the Proteins & Metabolites team based in Lincoln and fascinated by the molecular characterisation of samples by mass spectrometry. I completed my PhD in clinical proteomics in Belgium and moved to New Zealand in 2016 to join AgResearch.
As a senior scientist leading the proteomics platform, I am now applying my experience in mass spectrometry to lead multiple projects that study proteins and peptides in samples spanning the food value chain, from farm to fork.
