Growing up on a sheep stud, genetics was a part of my life long before I started my degree. I completed my studies in genetics at the University of Otago, graduating in 2021 with a Bsc (hons).

In my role with AgResearch, I am able to combine my laboratory and molecular biology skills with technical field work- the best of both worlds!
