Science Group Manager - Resilient Agriculture
I am the Science Group Manager for Resilient Agriculture and a Principal Scientist. I joined AgResearch in 2003 as a fungal molecular biologist with a PhD from West Virginia University, USA.
I am interested in beneficial microbial endophytes, particularly Epichloë endophytes of cool-season grasses. My special interests are plant biotechnology, plant microbiomes, Epichloë-derived secondary metabolites, and the application of CRISPR technology for the gene editing of endophytes and forages.
