My passion for chemistry led me to pursue both an MSc and a PhD in Organic Chemistry at UNICAMP, São Paulo, Brazil. My research interest in Organic Chemistry naturally evolved into more applied fields, particularly food chemistry. I specialize in functional ingredients and flavours to gain a deeper understanding of food and bio-based materials. My research focuses on harnessing chemical knowledge and data to drive the development of products and services that meet consumer expectations.
