Mingshu Cao

I joined AgResearch in 2004 as a data scientist in a multidisciplinary team with an aim to establish plant metabolomics for New Zealand. I have proven experiences on working effectively with lab biologists and chemists to develop novel computational and statistical solutions for problems at hands. Working with you and your raw genomics and metabolomics data I'll develop a customized workflow for you from initial data quality control to a final report or publication.
