I am a nitrous oxide scientist at AgResearch, where I develop measures to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions from pastures. I am also interested in plant fertilisation strategies that can increase nutrient use efficiency and reduce the release of greenhouse gases.

I am originally from Brazil, where I earned a bachelor's in agronomy and a master's in soil and water management. Then, I pursued a PhD in Plant Nutrition and Soil Science in Germany.
