Santanu Deb Choudhury

Santanu Deb-Choudhury is a Senior Scientist at AgResearch, specialising in protein-protein interactions, crosslinks, modifications, and functions, in biochemical contexts. He currently leads multiple projects using proteomic techniques to analyse molecular processes, identify oxidative modifications in proteins and their bioactivity. His interests also include optimising protein functionality, exploring bioactive compounds derived from native plants, and advancing protein-based biomaterials.
