A molecular geneticist experienced in development, validation and implementation of genomic tools for primary industry and conservation genomics. The methylome and association with adaptation to the environment is a key focus. Combining advances in technologies that will allow the genome architecture to be explored more efficiently, utilising this knowledge and applying to selection for environmental adaptation will enable sustainable, productive farming to thrive in the changing global climate.
