Stewart Ledgard

I am a Principal Scientist at the Ruakura campus from a dairy farming background. My original research discipline was nitrogen cycling in livestock systems but I now mainly work on applying Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in agricultural supply chains. This covers evaluating existing systems, co-design of new systems/products and mitigation to reduce environmental impacts, including climate change.
